SPI in Manila, Philippines – Entrepreneurial Mission to the Asian Development Bank (ADB)

SPI, represented by Sara Medina, Member of the Board, was one of the 10 Portuguese companies in the Consulting, Energy and infrastructures sectors attending an Entrepreneurial Mission to the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Manila, Philippines, from the 19th to the 23rd of March, 2012.
Organized by AICEP Portugal Global – Trade & Investment Agency and GPEARI – Ministry of Finance, the Mission had the purpose of giving its participants the possibility to get deeply acquainted with the ADB, its activities, the existing business opportunities and also to meet with specialists in the areas of interest previously identified, as well as to inform the ADB national expertise in the targeted sectors.
SPI conducts several projects in support of other multilateral organisations, such as the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank. Already present in some of the markets where ADB operates, in this Mission SPI reinforced its internationalization process to Asia and established strong collaboration ties with the ADB, which will translate into new business opportunities for the company.
