SPI China Reinforces its Strength in China in Innovation and Technology Transfer

01 March 2013

SPI Beijing Office was recently relocated to the International Technology Transfer Center, which is a strategic step forward in terms of strengthening its cooperation with major innovative and technology transfer organizations, companies and the governmental organizations in the field of S&T in China. The Center was built by Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission and Haidian District government and till now more than 20 Chinese and international technology transfer organizations settled in the Center.

SPI has established a strategic partnership with the International Technology Transfer Network (ITTN, http://en.ittn.cn) since 2012 to join forces in promoting services in innovation and technology transfer. ITTN is a platform for international cooperation regarding technology transfer jointly built by the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) and the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission.

This strategic relocation ensures direct access for SPI to the high-tech companies in the Haidian Science Park, a closer connection with the innovation and technology transfer stakeholders, as well as a deeper knowledge and practice in the field that allows SPI to provide better consultancy services to its clients.
