SPI in collaboration with DECATHLON project - FP7 project focused on the development of DNA-based method) will organize a Stakeholders Workshop on “Tackling the challenges of DNA-based detection methods and specific traceability issues through an interdisciplinary approach” which will take place in Lisbon - Oeiras, Portugal, on the 3rd of June, 2015.
This event is organized with the aim of bringing together relevant stakeholders from industry, academia, inspection services and laboratories as well as policy-makers, to jointly work on the development of new or improved methods for the field of food pathogens, traceability of GMOs, and customs issues.
