SPI participated in the 2nd partnership meeting of the Horizon 2020 IncoNet EaP Plus project, in Viena

Sociedade Portuguesa de Inovação (SPI) participated in the 2nd partnership meeting of the project STI International Cooperation Network for Eastern Partnership Countries Plus (EaP Plus - www.eap-plus.eu), funded within the Horizon 2020 programme of the European Commission, in Vienna, Austria. The meeting took place between the 10th and 11th October and was attended by members of the project consortium.
The project aims to foster cooperation between researchers from the Eastern Partnership Countries (EaP) and EU Member States promoting active participation from the EaP countries in the Horizon 2020 programme. The project consortium, in which SPI is a partner, is composed by 17 organizations from the following countries: Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Belarus, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Moldova, Poland, Portugal and Ukraine.


During the meeting, the consortium discussed the different Work Packages (WP) and tasks that are currently being developed. SPI is responsible for carrying out two tasks,  having presented them during the meeting. SPI  is currently organizing several training sessions for the National Contact Points (NCP) of the six countries from the Eastern Partnership, which are: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.
