The assessment aimed to initiate capacity development improvements for the Municipal Administrations. Activities within the project included missions to 38 municipalities throughout Angola and contacts with local stakeholders, with the purpose of providing an analysis, diagnosis and evaluation of the current capacity, and of implementing and demonstrating urban planning instruments in 3 selected areas.
