CCILC - EU SME Centre May 18th Workshop on “Practical Guidance to Green Tech Oppportunities in China: Exploring Realities and Debunking Myths“

The Portugal-China Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCILC), with the support of its vice-president, Haitong Bank, and in partnership with EU SME Centre, is pleased to announce the Workshop “Practical Guidance to Green Tech Oppportunities in China: Exploring Realities and Debunking Myths“ scheduled to take place on May 18th 2023 at Haitong Bank’s headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal.

This workshop is of particular relevance as China, within a few years, has emerged as a world leader in the field of Green tech, this is mainly due to the massive investments made by the Chinese Government and its Public Enterprises. Although the last two years have been slightly difficult for Chinese green technology companies, the Chinese market remains and will remain the largest in the world for several years to come. The EU SME Centre explains that European small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) will be able to participate in China’s green revolution if they can offer substantial advantages in terms of technology, know-how, performance or prices.

Dr. Johnny Browaeys, a renowned expert with extensive professional experience in the field of Green Tech is the guest speaker for this event. His curriculum includes chairing the Environment and Carbon Working Group of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China and being a member of the Board of Directors of the same institution, patronage of the TussPark Brussels Innovation Center, and consultancy in several prestigious engineering companies.

Registration is free of charge and can be done at: https://bit.ly/44m5N8r

Many thanks to CCILC, Haitong Bank and the remaining EU SME Centre team for making this event a reality!
