Elaboration of the SHS, a defining instrument for the local housing strategy, based on a diagnosis of housing needs and on a set of strategic priorities, objectives and goals that support the housing solutions to be adopted. The SHS is framed within the 1st Right – Support Programme for Access to Housing, which aims to respond to people in situations of severe housing and financial housing and financial need.
