Creation of a Centre of Excellence in order to promote the interests of European researchers in China by facilitating their linkage with Chinese entities. The creation of an enlarged network of European and Chinese institutions, ENRICH in China, allows support European organisations focused on science and technology in establishing partnerships and relations with the P.R. of China.
