The project aims to promote the development and strengthening of world-class clusters in Europe with a view to fostering competitiveness, sustainability and resource efficiency in businesses, and especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The aim is to intensify cluster collaboration and to facilitate SMEs’ access to clusters and internationalisation activities.
