The project assessed the performance of the Science-Technology Park of Pando, in Uruguay, between 2016 and 2020, with the aim of providing inputs for its strategic definition between 2021 and 2025. The analysis includes a benchmarking exercise and assessed 7 dimensions of the Park’s operation: scope, services and activities, spaces and infrastructures, governance, economic and financial indicators, alliances and communication.
