We are looking for dynamic team players with:

• Master’s or higher academic degree
• Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory)
• Excellent written and spoken Mandarin (mandatory)
• Top-notch writing and interpersonal skills

Main functions and duties:

• Develop applications for international funding programmes and agencies, as well as for other potential public and private clients
• Provide analyses, strategic advice and project deliverables
