On the 3rd of march, SPI participated in an information session, as part of the technical advisory service for the implementation of the Municipality of Montalegre’s ‘Local Housing Strategy’ (LHS). The session took place in the Municipal Auditorium and was directed to local families in financial need, living in poor housing conditions, in their own (owner-occupied) houses. These families were previously identified during the preparation of the municipality’s LHS.
The purpose of the session was to mobilize and inform these families about the application process for the funds that will allow them to rehabilitate their houses, under the “1.º Direito” housing program. This technical advisory follows the technical support provided by SPI for the preparation of the municipality’s LHS.
