On the 29th March, SPI took part on the event “TECH4INNOV: The Present and the Future of Innovation in Portugal”, that took place at Sta. Maria da Feira. The event itself was a technological exhibition of Research, Development and Innovation (R&D + I) results from various entities involved in the Portuguese Innovation ecosystem and it counted with around 500 participants and 70 exhibitors.
SPI participants (Sara Medina, Rafael Santos, Marta Ochoa and Telmo Fernandes) were able to engage with several stakeholders from R&D+I fields, such as CoLabs and other research institutions. It was also a great opportunity to establish some new connections with Venture Capital companies and other industry representatives in order to share SPI services and areas of expertise. EU SME Centre initiative and the South-East Asia IPR SME Helpdesk were highlighted in the networking contacts that were established.
