SPI representing EU SME Centre at the EBN Congress 2023 – Innovation in Uncertain Times in Brno, Czechia
The European Business and Innovation Network (EBN) Congress 2023 kicked off on June 14th, bringing together leaders and innovators from across Europe to discuss and address the challenges posed by uncertain times. Held over two days in Brno, Czechia, the event aimed to explore innovative solutions and strategies to navigate the ongoing and aftermath effects of turbulence.
The first day of the congress focused on understanding how the European innovation community is responding to these challenges. Participants engaged in discussions on best practices, proven methodologies, and the initiation of collaborations. Additionally, organized visits and a networking dinner facilitated valuable interactions among attendees.
Shifting the spotlight to the future, the second day of the congress centered around co-design strategies in expert panels and highly interactive and thematic roundtable sessions. These sessions aimed to foster collaboration and enable the exchange of ideas on how to shape the future of innovation in the face of uncertainty.
Dr. Sara Medina during the first day of the congress had the opportunity of taking part in a round table discussion. During this session, she had the opportunity of disclosing information about the EU SME Centre (https://www.eusmecentre.org.cn/) and also shared insights on growing and scaling businesses and the importance of returning value to the ecosystem.
With its emphasis on innovation and collaboration, the EBN Congress 2023 provided a platform for participants to explore and develop forward-thinking approaches to address the challenges of today’s rapidly changing business landscape.
We would like to thank everyone that made this event a reality!
