Support in the elaboration of the Strategic Plan of the Polytechnic Institute de Viana do Castelo (IPVC) for the 2020-2024 period. The work involved a detailed internal and external diagnosis of the current IPVC context, a benchmarking analysis with other higher education institutions, the identification of possible possible evolution scenarios and the definition of a strategy, along with the elaboration of the IPVC action plan.
