As one of the ten flagship forums of the Zhongguancun Forum Annual Meeting, the Global High-Level Think Tank Forum on Scientific and Technological Innovation was successfully held in Beijing on 27 March 2026.
Ted CAO, Chief Representative of the SPI Beijing Representative Office, was invited to attend the forum. On behalf of SPI, he participated in the signing ceremony of the Zhongguancun Global High-Level Think Tank Alliance.
SPI’s research achievement titled “EU-Indo-Pacific Digital Partnership Hub” was released and presented at the forum.
During the event, Ted CAO exchanged views with alliance members and distinguished guests, expressing anticipation for future partnerships and follow-up cooperation.
