On March 31 and April 1, SPI participated in the REGENERAR EU Consortium Meeting, excellently hosted by the Biomedical Center (BMC), Physiological Genomics, Faculty of Medicine, Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.

The Re-Place consortium held its General Assembly in Bamberg, Germany, on 27–28 March. SPI, as the leader of WP8 (Dissemination, Communication, and Exploitation), participated in the event, which was hosted by the University of Bamberg.

SPI, as part of the South-East Asia Intellectual Property (SEA IP) SME Helpdesk, participated in Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna 2025, held at Bologna Fiere Halls. For over 50 years, Cosmoprof has been a leading event for companies and professionals across all sectors of the cosmetics industry

SPI, as part of the South-East Asia Intellectual Property (SEA IP) SME Helpdesk, participated in Food Expo Greece 2025, held at Metropolitan Expo in Athens. Recognised as the leading food and beverage trade show in Southeast Europe, the expo attracts thousands of exhibitors and visitors from around the world.

From March 3rd to 5th, Sociedade Portuguesa de Inovação (SPI) participated in the European Ocean Days in Brussels, under the BlueMissionAA and AtlantECO projects. This is a key event to shape European ocean policies and foster collaboration under the Mission Ocean banner.

 The event marked participation of eighty-two participants from different European cities, including consortium members, stakeholders and IAB members, project fellows and other researchers in the Food Consumer Science (FCS) field.

On the weekend of February 8 and 9, 2025, SPI participated in the “Water, an Unfiltered Exhibition” held at the Museu de Ciències Naturals de Barcelona, as part of the H2OforAll communication and dissemination initiative.

SPI, represented by Douglas Thompson, Minoo Doost, and Brimoresa Dhoro, participated in the final conference of the ECOSWEEE project on 29 January 2025.

Madrid, January 23, 2025 – SPI, as part of the South-East Asia Intellectual Property SME Helpdesk, proudly participated in the FITUR 2025 – International Tourism Fair held in Madrid.

From December 10-12, 2024, Sociedade Portuguesa de Inovação (SPI) participated in the MONTEVITIS project meeting, workshop, and thematic seminar held across Portugal at UTAD in Vila Real, Quinta da Pacheca in Lamego, and Quinta do Bonfim in Pinhão. Representing SPI at all sessions were Ricardo Oliveira and Valeriia Hudz.
